1. When you Plead ‘Guilty’ in the Local Court to a Standard Plea
- Courts in Sydney City and Metropolitan Area: $2000 + GST
- Courts in Outside Sydney Metropolitan Area: $2200 + GST
- Courts in NSW Country Areas: $2500 + GST
Work Includes:
- Initial consultation with client
- Devising strategy for client in the lead up to Court appearance
- Offer information about traffic education programs and drafting character references
- Draft court submissions
- Adjournment if necessary
- Appear at the Court hearing
2. Complex plea of ‘Guilty’ for repeat offender
We will need to sit down and discuss the costs involved in running a more complex ‘Guilty’ plea for repeat offenders. Costs will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the complexity and time involved in running the hearing. Please call to discuss further.
3. Attending First Day of Court for ‘Not Guilty’ plea:
- Sydney City and Metropolitan Area: $500 + GST
- Outside Sydney Metropolitan Area: $650 + GST
- Courts in NSW Country Areas: $850 + GST
Work Includes:
- Initial consultation with client
- Devising strategy for client in the lead up to Court appearance
- Draft court submissions
- Appear at Court and enter a ‘Not Guilty’plea
4. Preparing and running a ‘Not Guilty’ hearing:
We will need to sit down and discuss the costs involved in running a ‘Not Guilty’ hearing. Costs will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the complexity and time involved in running the hearing. Please call to discuss further.
